By enrolling in Russian Pronunciation with Kira (“the Course”) through Learn Russian With Kira LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply.

By accessing or using our Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms and to use the Site and Course responsibly and respectfully.

Article 2: Placing Order

By enrolling, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Article 3: Pricing

Course prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. However, the price you pay will be the one displayed when you place your order.

Article 4: Your information

You may be asked to provide personal information such as your name and email. You affirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method submitted.

Your payment details are processed securely by trusted third-party services (Stripe and PayPal). We only receive confirmation necessary to provide your course access.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online processors like PayPal. Payment authorization is subject to approval by your card issuer.

If payment is not authorized, we are not responsible for delays or inability to grant access.

Article 6: Delivery

Access to course materials is provided digitally after successful payment.

You are responsible for maintaining your login information and account security.

Article 7: Refunds and cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the Course, refunds are generally not available after purchase, except in exceptional cases.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid future charges. Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.
